About the Instructor
Tara Massan is the Founder of Be Moved, a writer and Life Coach. She launched Be Moved back in December 2015, and is in the process of teaching a million people how to use inspiration and simple wisdom to create a happier and more fulfilling life.
By Fall of 2016, Tara had written and published over 200 articles that have been featured on The Huffington Post, PersonalGrowth, Tiny Buddha, LifeHack, HER Magazine, EverydayPowerBlog, Elite Daily and several others. That same year, Tara had created her own Life Coaching business where she teaches her clients how to create a balanced, empowered and healthy life thought mindset and lifestyle mastery.

People always ask me how I manage to make time for self-care… well, I didn’t always make time to take care of myself like I do today; I had to learn how.
Yes, I’ve had my fair share of corporate jobs and now run my own business, but I a few years ago I found myself running from task to task and obligation to obligation and always feeling exhausted.
I had a desirable career and I wanted to be the best version of myself, but I didn’t know how to set aside time for myself.
In my head I was saying “Busy is good, you don’t need time to slow down, you can do more…”
Until one day, I hit a wall. My body, my mind and spirit could do no more. I was exhausted and unhealthy. And no wonder, for years I put everyone else’s needs in front of mine.
I was never on my own priority list.
It wasn’t until I had completely exhausted myself that I realized I had to learn how to change my way of living. And in doing so, I found that when you take better care of yourself (when you put YOU back on your priority list) you can improve your life like you never imagined.
I found self-care isn’t selfish, but oh so necessary.
That’s why I created this course: To teach you that self-care is important and that you can create the time you want for yourself. It really is possible!
